I hope this letter finds you well, my love.
The days in Amaurot here are slow and tiresome, often I find myself standing upon one of its towers, gazing upon the sea of lights across the city. It’s nothing compared to the stars above I assure you. I just wish you were there to see it with me. You will soon! I’ll lavish you with flowers and kisses as you regale me of your creations in Elpis. Until then, I will remain in the depths of the Akademia Anyder hoping to see one of your creations here. I’ll be sure to pull what strings I can to see its approval.

High above the city I stand atop high ledge to look nearer.
Twinkling stars above and below seen far and wide.
’Tis as gazing upon a reflection in the sky’s mirror.
Here I will wait for you, again, to be at my side.
